IAGA Committees
IAGA would not be able to succeed in its annual objectives without the support of its many committees who donate their time and expertise to support our ongoing initiatives. To learn more about each of our Committees, select the individual link below. If you are interested in serving on a committee, please contact Executive Director Kirsten Clark.

IAGA's Audit Committee works with the outside auditors for IAGA, reviews the annual audit, addresses any management issues noted by the auditors and makes recommendations to the Board of Trustees for any changes in policies or procedures related to financial matters or internal controls. The Committee is co-chaired by Scott Schweinfurth and Kelly Gass.

The International Gaming Summit Conference Program Committee plans and coordinates the IAGA International Gaming Conference program, recruits as speakers key gaming industry leaders and regulators from around the world, and ensures that each year's topics address cutting edge and current issues involving all facets of the gaming industry and the regulation of gaming.

The Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee helps guide and support our Board and Executive Committee in creating and maintaining an inclusive environment for our members.

The IAGA Governance Committee helps our Board and Executive Committee establish and oversee policies and procedures that govern the operation and organization of our Association to ensure we are upholding our purpose via appropriate activities and initiatives.

The IAGA Membership Committee recruits new members to the organization, identifies gaming advisors whose membership and participation will strengthen IAGA and the gaming industry, and seeks way in which IAGA may expand its international footprint and recommends ways to enhance member benefits.

The IAGA Nominating Committee solicits nominations from the membership for members of the organization to be nominated for election to the Board of Trustees of IAGA and nominations for persons to be elected as officers of the organization.

The Programming Committee plans and coordinates the Association’s participation in key industry events and conferences, oversees its ongoing education initiatives including its Best Practices Webinars and identifies additional opportunities for the Association to extend its support of its members and the global gaming industry.
The Regulator Relations Committee assists IAGA with reaching out to gaming regulators, those who are members the International Association of Gaming Regulators (IAGR) and those who are not, and develops ideas and submits recommendations to the Board of Trustees to foster stronger relationships between IAGA and regulators, including attendance and participation at IAGA’s conferences and other events.
The Sponsorship Committee guides IAGA’s annual sponsorship offerings and strategy; helps identify underrepresented industry segments that can be targeted for engagement and sponsorship; looks for ways to increase membership engagement in driving sponsorship support; and solicits input from Board of Trustees on how to increase participation and involvement.
