This session will showcase the latest enforcement tools and techniques, including how technology is transforming detection, investigation, and compliance and explore questions such as whether bringing crypto gambling under regulatory supervision can reduce illegal play without expanding the illegal market, whether regulation can draw effective boundaries and how such boundaries risk unintentionally legitimizing unlawful operators. Experts from the gaming industry, regulatory agencies, and the international community will discuss successful approaches, ongoing challenges, and the vital role of cross-jurisdictional cooperation in combating illegal operators and safeguarding the public.
