International Association of Gaming Advisors (IAGA) Announces 2021 - 2022 Officers and Trustees Appointed to Second Terms
IAGA also announced the dates for its 2022 International Gaming Summit to be held in Boston, Massachusetts
 
Las Vegas, NV — The International Association of Gaming Advisors (IAGA) announced today that at its 2021 Annual Meeting of its Members held on Tuesday, July 13, the following individuals were announced as Officers who will lead the Association for the 12 months beginning July 1, 2021 and ending June 30, 2022: 
  • President: Luke Orchard, Senior Vice President, Chief Compliance and Risk Management Officer, IGT
  • Vice President: Ellen Whittemore, Executive Vice President & General Counsel, Wynn Resorts
  • Secretary: John Stawyskyj, Partner & Sector Head – Hotels, Leisure and Gaming, Ashurst Australia
  • Treasurer: Jeffrey Barbin, Partner, Phelps Dunbar
  • Assistant Treasurer: Harper Ko, Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary, Penn National Gaming
  • General Counsel: William Downey, Shareholder, Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck 
IAGA also announced that its members reappointed the following Trustees to its Board for a second term: 
  • Mark Clayton, Shareholder and Global Gaming Practice Co-Chair, Greenberg Traurig
  • Chris Grippa, Partner-in-Charge of Litigation Services and Forensic Accounting, Aprio
  • Mark Hemmerle, Vice President, Gaming and Compliance Counsel, Shift4Payments

  • Rui Pinto Proenca, Partner and Corporate / Gaming Practice Head, MdME Lawyers

2022 International Gaming Summit Dates Announced
IAGA also announced that it will hold its next International Gaming Summit June 27 – 29, 2022 at the Fairmont Copley Plaza in Boston, Massachusetts. As a premier event that brings together leaders from all global gaming sectors, the Summit will provide operators, suppliers, attorneys, investors, bankers, regulators and other advisor delegates with an unparalleled opportunity to meet and discuss the most important issues facing gaming.
