IAGA Announces 2019 Betting on Sports America Partnership

Las Vegas, NV— The International Association of Gaming Advisors (IAGA) announced today that it will be a strategic partner for the 2019 Betting on Sports America conference to be held at the Meadowlands Exposition Center in New Jersey April 23 – 25. Coordinated by SBC Events, the organizer of some of the largest events for the world of sports betting and gaming, the conference will host 1,500 delegates, 60 exhibitors and 175 leading industry speakers who will address a wide range of sports betting key issues including Betting on Regulation, Sport in Focus, Trading and Operations, Sponsorship and Marketing, Sports and Betting, States of the Nation and Demystifying Sports Betting. These topics include the tribal response to new sports betting regulation, why effective geolocation is essential to staying compliant with state laws, how to take bets on college football without endangering its players, and whether the outdated Wire Act should be completely reworked to provide a future-proof regulatory framework.

“IAGA is pleased to partner with SBC to support its 2019 Betting on Sports America conference,” commented IAGA Executive Director Kirsten Clark. “Educating the North America market on how sports betting is offered and protected in other markets is of critical importance to our members and sponsors, and we look forward to helping SBC identify topical experts to participate in the conference panels.”

Andrew McCarron, Managing Director at SBC, added: “This arrangement will help to cement Betting on Sports America’s status as the most important and relevant event for those active in the US sports betting market. There are clear parallels to be drawn between BOSA and IAGA, as both facilitate an unrivalled level of discussion around key industry issues.”
